When ACE reached out about a website redesign, they were struggling to have any web visibility. Their current website had 3-4 visible pages, but the main menu was hidden, so many other pages were inaccessible except through a Google search. And access to some accounts had been lost with staff transitions, so there was an intensive process of working with staff to recover account access and gather content for their website redesign.

Staff told me they were thrilled with the results and the training where I walked through backend access and how to make updates. I also created a database for them of all of their web-related accounts, website forms, and URL redirects to make handoff easier in the future.
